How we use it
To run your bookings, send confirmations and reminders, and nothing else. We don’t sell data — to anyone.
WhatsApp messages
Confirmations and reminders go through WhatsApp’s business API. We see delivery status, not your chats.
Clinical records
Physio notes and body charts are role-gated: only treating clinicians see them. Front desk sees the calendar, never the chart.
