The service
Flexa provides booking, reminder, and record tools for clinics and their clients. Free while we grow; we’ll announce changes clearly.
Your account
One account per person, signed in with your phone number. Keep it yours; you’re responsible for what happens under it.
Bookings & payments
Bookings are agreements between you and the clinic. Deposits, cash, and refunds follow the clinic’s stated policy.
Fair use
Don’t misuse the platform — no spam, no scraping, no impersonating clinics or clients.
Changes & contact
